What maintenance issues are covered?

We will repair most home maintenance issues: Plumbing System, Electrical and Heating Systems, Dishwasher and Refrigerator, Oven and Cooktop, Clothes Washer and Dryer, Water Heater, Air Conditioning, Garage Door Opener, and Garbage Disposal.

Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?

We offer flexible membership options tailored to fit your needs. Cancel or pause when you need to. If you require additional services, just let us know—Ommpo has you covered!

What's the timeline from subscribing to starting services?

Your services begin on the day that you start your membership.

What is included in my plan?

Your monthly subscription fee grants you access to the Ommpo Care Assistant Team—a dedicated group of professionals ready to help you achieve your goals. With our collective of specialists, you can delegate tasks each month, ensuring that your needs are met efficiently.

Home repairs are included! Ommpo covers the costs for appliance, plumbing, and garbage disposal repairs. We handle all your maintenance calls and requests, saving you countless hours of stress.

What areas does Ommpo serve?

What is home management? What does it entail?

Similar to property management,  Ommpo Care helps you manage your home from top to bottom. Ommpo Care provides an all-in-one solution that combines housekeeping, virtual home care, and home maintenance and repair services. This innovative approach ensures that seniors can maintain their independence and quality of life while receiving the support they need to comfortably manage their own homes.

How do I schedule a repair service?

Simply fill out the repair request form, and within 24 hours, your Home Assistant will arrange for a local licensed vendor to handle the repair. Once the repair is completed and confirmed by you, we’ll initiate payment to the vendor on your behalf. You won’t incur any out-of-pocket fees beyond your initial membership fee.

What vendors do you use for repair services?

All our vendors are local licensed professionals who are not employees of Ommpo. However, they undergo a thorough vetting process and provide their license information to ensure quality service for our members.

Are you a home health agency?

No. Our focus is on Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). We help out with things like shopping for groceries or clothing, home maintenance, paper taming and bill paying, going to appointments, helping with technology, and so much more.

Can you help with personal care?

No. You may need a home health agency if you need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – like bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing or transferring. If you need more intensive support for ADLs, we are able to refer you to the most reliable resources in our area.

What type of meal prep? Can you provide kosher meals for my dad?

Meal prep is customized to you.  Recipes are designed to provide variety to diverse diets.  Tell us what you like and don’t like, and we’ll recommend something delicious to be prepared.

What scheduling terms do you require?

We support members with errand-running and a variety of tasks. Some people need us weekly, others monthly or seasonally. Our business model allows flexibility and is always customized to your needs.

How do I pause my subscription?


Pausing your subscription is easy. Just go to membership settings in the web app and click the pause link; your paid subscription will remain active until the end of that current billing cycle.

How do I book a task?

When you are ready to schedule a task, simply book online, via email, or by phone. Your assistant will contact you immediately to complete your task.
