Simple Plan ($59/ month): A budget-friendly plan providing peace of mind with essential appliance maintenance and an Urgent Care Plan for you or your pet.

Foundation Plan ($149/month): Essential home maintenance services like plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance maintenance.

Comfort Plan ($299/month): Includes everything in the Foundation Plan, plus heating and cooling services, seasonal home cleaning, and more.

Empower Plan ($799/month): Includes all Comfort Plan services, plus a dedicated personal advisor, regular house cleaning, grocery delivery, and smart home support.

Can I switch plans after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is Ommpo Health?

Ommpo Health is an affordable cash reimbursement health plan designed to cover urgent and emergency medical expenses for individuals and pets. Subscribers can access $1,000 to $5000 annually in reimbursements, depending on plan—no insurance required.

How does the plan work?

Once you subscribe, you can visit any urgent care facility for eligible services. Simply submit your medical receipts through our easy-to-use online portal, and we’ll process your reimbursement quickly and transparently.

How is the service so affordable?

Ommpo is a unique subscription service designed to make urgent care affordable and accessible for both individuals and pets. For a low monthly fee, you get coverage for urgent medical expenses, plus access to a wealth of health and wellness content—all in one platform.

Ommpo is ad-supported, which allows us to keep your subscription affordable while offering personalized health tips, recommendations, and targeted ads to support our service.

Is this health insurance?

No, this is not health insurance. Our Ommpo plan only covers urgent care visits, unlike a typical health insurance plan which also covers annual exams and ongoing treatments.

Is there an annual maximum?

Yes, the Ultimate Plan includes an annual maximum of $5,000 in coverage per member for urgent care, emergency veterinary, and emergency dental expenses.

Do you offer medical services?

Ommpo does NOT offer medical services.  Ommpo simply provides cash reimbursement for our members’ urgent care emergency needs.

Can I select my own provider?

You can visit any licensed urgent care clinic that operates in your state. We encourage you to choose a provider that you trust and feel comfortable with.

Do you cover hospital visits or stays?

No, hospital visits or stays are not covered under the Ommpo membership.

What types of medical expenses are covered?

Our plan covers urgent and emergency medical expenses at licensed urgent care centers. This includes things like treatment for illnesses, injuries, X-rays, and minor procedures.

Do I need insurance to use Ommpo Health?

What medical issues are covered?

Ommpo Health only covers emergency medical events that are handled at urgent care clinics. Urgent care clinics are designed to treat non-life-threatening medical issues that still require prompt attention. Below is a comprehensive list of common conditions and medical needs that can be addressed at an urgent care clinic:

• Minor cuts, scrapes, and wounds requiring stitches

A pre-existing condition refers to any health issue, injury, illness, or chronic condition that was diagnosed, treated, or known prior to the start of your Ommpo Health subscription. This applies to both people and pets.

Are pre-existing conditions covered by Ommpo Health?

Ommpo Health does not cover treatment costs directly related to pre-existing conditions. Our service focuses on unexpected emergencies and urgent care needs.

What are some examples of pre-existing conditions that are not covered?

For People:
◦ Diabetes and its related treatments (e.g., insulin, glucose monitoring).
◦ High blood pressure or heart conditions diagnosed prior to subscription.
◦ Chronic illnesses like arthritis, asthma, or recurring migraines.

For Pets:
◦ Hip dysplasia or arthritis diagnosed before enrollment.
◦ Chronic kidney disease or diabetes in pets.
◦ Recurring issues like allergies or skin conditions treated prior to membership.

Are emergencies related to pre-existing conditions ever covered?

Emergencies unrelated to pre-existing conditions are covered. However, complications directly arising from pre-existing conditions may not qualify.
Example of Coverage:
◦ A person with diabetes breaks their arm in a fall—the treatment for the broken arm is eligible for reimbursement.
◦ A pet with hip dysplasia suffers an unrelated injury while playing—the emergency care for the injury is covered.

Example of Non-Coverage:
◦ A diabetic emergency or flare-up of symptoms related to a known heart condition would not be covered.

Can I customize the services included in my plan?

While each plan comes with a standard set of services, you can request add-ons or customize your schedule to better fit your needs. Additional charges may apply for certain customizations.

Can you help with personal care?

No. You may need a home health agency if you need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – like bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing or transferring. If you need more intensive support for ADLs, we are able to refer you to the most reliable resources in our area.

Are you a home health agency?

No. Our focus is on Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). We help out with things like shopping for groceries or clothing, home maintenance, paper taming and bill paying, going to appointments, helping with technology, and so much more.

Payments and Billing
How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. All covered services are included in your monthly subscription fee. Additional charges apply only for services outside the scope of your plan.

Ommpo for Pets
What is the pet emergency plan?

Our urgent vet plan offers affordable cash reimbursement for emergency visits, making urgent veterinary care accessible for those without insurance or who face financial challenges. With a straightforward membership, you can visit a trusted veterinary clinic, submit your claim, and receive prompt reimbursement for your pet's treatment. We aim to alleviate financial stress, ensuring that urgent medical concerns can be addressed without the burden of high costs.

Do you cover birds or horses?

Currently we only cover dogs and cats.

Is there a waiting period?

Your plan starts the day your subscription is processed, and there is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can make a claim, giving you 11 months of coverage during the first year. Upon renewal/reactivation (if applicable), you will not be subject to a waiting period.

How does the plan work?

Ommpo operates on a reimbursement model, allowing you to visit any licensed veterinarian clinic of your choice within your state. Simply pay for your treatment upfront, then submit your receipts to us. Our claims team will review your submission and reimburse you for the eligible amount based on your plan.

What is covered for my pet?

With an Ommpo Pet Membership, all pets get one simple plan that covers all unexpected injuries and illnesses. We reimburse at 100%, so your pet can get the best care when they need it most.

Veterinary clinics and animal hospitals are equipped to handle a wide range of emergency medical issues for pets. Below is a comprehensive list of common emergencies that require immediate attention from a veterinarian:

• Difficulty breathing or rapid, labored breathing
• Choking or airway obstruction
• Persistent coughing or wheezing

Trauma and Injuries
• Hit by a car or other severe trauma
• Bite wounds from other animals
• Severe lacerations or deep cuts

• Burns or scalds (thermal or chemical)

Gastrointestinal Problems
