Ommpo Care Coverage Terms of Service

These Coverage Terms of Service ("Coverage Terms") govern the details and conditions of the services provided under the Ommpo Care subscription plans. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these Coverage Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Service Plans Overview

Ommpo Care offers three tailored subscription plans designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Each plan includes services that aim to support independent living, ensure comfort, and provide total peace of mind.

1. Foundation Plan

Price: $149 per month
Description: Essential services to support independent living. This plan ensures your home stays functional with critical maintenance and repair services.

Services Included:

• Plumbing: Repairs and maintenance for leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Electrical Services: Fix wiring, lighting, outlets, and other electrical concerns.
• Appliance Maintenance: Routine care and repairs for essential home appliances like washers, dryers, and refrigerators.
• Garage Door Repairs: Ensure safe and efficient operation of your garage door.
• No Out-of-Pocket Repair Costs: Covered services are provided at no additional charge beyond your monthly subscription fee.

2. Comfort Plan

Price: $299 per month
Description: Enhanced support for a comfortable home life. This plan builds on the Foundation Plan by including additional services designed to maintain your home’s comfort year-round.

Services Included:

• Everything in the Foundation Plan
• Heating & Cooling: Comprehensive repairs and maintenance for HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable home environment.
• Heating Tune-Up: Seasonal checks and maintenance to prepare your heating system for colder months.
• A/C Tune-Up: Regular maintenance to keep your air conditioning running efficiently during warm seasons.
• Scheduling Exterior Home Maintenance: Coordination of tasks such as gutter cleaning, lawn care, and power washing.
• Seasonal Home Cleaning*: Deep cleaning services tailored to prepare your home for each season.

3. Empower Plan

Price: $799 per month
Description: Comprehensive services for total peace of mind. This plan includes all Comfort Plan services with premium benefits for a complete, worry-free experience.

Services Included:

• Everything in the Comfort Plan
• Dedicated Personal Advisor: A dedicated point of contact to manage all your home care needs.
• Regular House Cleaning*: Weekly cleaning services to ensure your home remains spotless.
• Smart Home Support: Assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and management of smart home devices.
• Grocery Delivery and Errand Running: Convenient delivery of groceries and medications, as well as help with errands.

General Coverage Terms

1. Service Availability

• Services are available in specific regions and are subject to vendor availability.
• Seasonal services, such as heating tune-ups and cleaning, may require advanced scheduling.

2. Limitations on Coverage

• Certain repairs or replacements may not be included in your plan if they fall outside of regular wear and tear or are pre-existing issues. Contact us for specific exclusions.
• Services marked with an asterisk (*) are limited to specified hours or occurrences per year, as detailed in your service agreement.

3. Vendor Assignments

Ommpo Care works with vetted local vendors to provide high-quality services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, appointments are subject to vendor availability.

4. Changes to Service Plans

Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Additional Fees

While most services are covered under the subscription fee, additional costs may apply for tasks beyond the standard scope of work. Subscribers will be notified of any such fees in advance.

Plan Modifications and Cancellations

1. Modifications

Subscribers may request modifications to their service plans, such as adding specific seasonal services or adjusting cleaning frequencies. All modifications are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their plans at any time by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
